AXI-5600 is an inline X-Ray inspection system independently developed by X3000 Inspection for high-speed X-ray inspection of various wound batteries, achieving a maximum throughput of 18 PPM (diagonal inspection) with a single X-ray source.

Equipped with our self-developed high-performance visual imaging system to boost single-shot inspection efficiency, the device adopts an AI algorithm customized for wound battery electrode overhang detection, delivering an inspection accuracy of over 99%.

In addition, the AXI-5600 supports defect inspection for electrode folding, foreign contaminants and tab folding, and can be integrated with functional modules including visual dimensional measurement and OCV testing.
