AXI-6100 is an inline X-Ray inspection system independently developed by X3000 Inspection for high-speed X-ray testing of various cylindrical and coin cells, delivering a maximum inspection throughput of 60 PPM with a single X-ray source.

Equipped with our self-developed high-performance visual imaging system, the device greatly improves single-shot inspection efficiency. Combined with an AI algorithm specially optimized for cylindrical and coin cell electrode overhang inspection, it achieves an inspection accuracy of over 99%.

In addition, the AXI-6100 supports customized functional development including dimensional measurement, foreign contaminant inspection and PTC inspection for cylindrical batteries.
