The ACT-3100B is an offline CT system independently developed by X3000 Inspection for fast, high-precision X-ray and CT scanning & reconstruction of small and medium-sized electronic products such as PCBA, chip packaging and IGBT modules.

With self-developed high-performance CT imaging algorithms, the system drastically cuts the number of projections required for scanning, accelerates CT imaging speed, and enables effective detection of various soldering and packaging defects.
