Software Development EngineerBase:Wuxi1、Perform C++-based software development, debugging, and deployment in accordance with project requirements.
2、Develop automatic, semi-automatic, and manual functional module programs based on process specifications.

2、Proficient in C++ and skilled in at least one desktop application development framework.

CT Algorithm EngineerBase:Wuxi1、Lead the development of CT system calibration algorithms and geometric calibration for system imaging; develop CT reconstruction algorithms, reproduce and optimize algorithms based on published research, conduct image pre/post-processing, and eliminate various artifacts.
2、Design X-ray imaging physics and develop imaging algorithms for specific application scenarios.
3、Test and evaluate the performance of X-ray sources, detectors, and the complete system, and propose improvements.
1、In-depth knowledge of radiation imaging; experience in industrial or medical CT is preferred.
2、Proven experience in writing and optimizing CT reconstruction algorithms; hands-on experience with FDK or spiral CT algorithms is preferred.
3、Proficiency in C++, MATLAB, and CUDA parallel acceleration programming.
Traditional Algorithm EngineerBase:Wuxi1、Participate in the planning, development, and software system prototype testing of the company’s X-ray inspection projects.
2、Contribute to the architecture design of intelligent inspection application systems based on X-ray and other multi-modal inspection methods.
3、Lead the development of intelligent inspection application projects, including customer requirement analysis, project initiation, system design, and implementation.
4、Engage in defect detection for X-ray-based intelligent inspection projects, such as image preprocessing (enhancement, filtering) and image analysis for industrial inspection systems. Analyze project pain points and priorities, develop practical and reliable solutions, and deploy them.
5、Abstract and summarize common fundamental problems in intelligent inspection projects across business units, and solve them using traditional or deep learning-based modeling approaches.
1、Master’s or Ph.D. in Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or related fields; at least 3 years of experience as an algorithm engineer or in related industrial visual inspection projects. Proficient in Python, familiar with C/C++/C#/MATLAB, with strong coding standards and documentation skills.
2、Able to perform image computation and processing using traditional methods, and proficient in using image processing tools such as OpenCV.
3、Proficient in deep learning theories and algorithm development; skilled in PyTorch/TensorFlow frameworks. Experienced in computer vision tasks based on CNN and Transformer architectures, including object classification, object detection, semantic segmentation, object localization, image enhancement, and ReID. Specialized in defect inspection, small object detection, and few-shot/zero-shot detection. Capable of tracking cutting-edge algorithms in computer vision/deep learning and applying them to business scenarios, while iteratively optimizing existing algorithms in practice.
