Product Introduction:ACT-3600 is a slip-ring high-speed CT scanning inspection system independently developed by X3000 Inspection for lithium batteries and automotive electronic modules. Adopting our self-developed non-VG limited-angle CT algorithm, it drastically accelerates scanning speed: laminated batteries support X/Y-axis reconstruction with a 3-second fastest scan and 12 PPM (diagonal) throughput, while cylindrical batteries achieve 1–2 second scanning at 30–60 PPM inline efficiency, ranking at the industry’s optimal level. It also delivers 1–3 PPM solder defect inspection for power semiconductor modules and OBC units to meet full inline production inspection requirements.
