ACT-1900 is a detection device independently developed by X3000 Inspection for offline CT analysis of various types of industrial products. Based on its self-developed high-performance CT imaging algorithm, Gongyuan Sanqian can significantly reduce the number of projections required in the scanning process and enhance the speed of CT imaging. This device exhibits great applicability in detecting internal issues of batteries, including but not limited to detecting overhangs, electrode wrinkles/folds, and foreign object issues in lithium batteries and modules. Furthermore, the device can also inspect electronic products such as connectors and chips, as well as metal components like gas turbines and aero-engines.
