Product Introduction:AXI-5100 is an inline X-Ray inspection system independently developed by X3000 Inspection for high-speed X-ray testing of various laminated batteries, achieving a maximum throughput of 18 PPM with a single X-ray source for diagonal electrode overhang inspection.
Equipped with our self-developed high-performance visual imaging system to boost single-shot inspection efficiency, the device adopts an AI algorithm customized for laminated battery overhang detection and delivers an inspection accuracy of over 99%.
In response to the rapidly growing market demand for large-surface wrinkle and foreign contaminant inspection in recent years, we have delivered multiple production lines with a throughput ranging from 16 to 24 PPM, capable of detecting metallic foreign objects as small as 300μm.
